The Rotary Club of Munster is happy to donate a Drunkbusters Pedal Cart to the Munster Police Department. The Cart simulates the impaired driving experience under the influence of alcohol. It will help the law enforcement officers to demonstrate to Munster residents, including students, how difficult it is to drive safely under influence. We thank Officer James Ghrist for being the prime mover of this initiative.
