Munster Rotarians successfully organized the 34th Rotary Run-a-Round on June 10.
More than 100 runners participated in the 5K/10K runs. Runners thoroughly enjoyed the excellent weather and the beautiful course. Serious runners mingled with casual runners. People came out in great numbers to support the event.
Kudos to all Munster Rotarians who executed the race to perfection. More than 25 volunteers helped us run the event smoothly. A special thanks to Subir Bandyopadhyay and Chuck Kerr for planning the event meticulously. Thanks also to the Munster Police Department for traffic control.
Finally, a big “Thank You” to all the race sponsors for their support.
Money raised from the event will be used to support deserving community projects and initiatives.
