Munster Rotary recently completed the famous Dictionary Project!
A total of 347 dictionaries were distributed to 3rd-grade teachers and students in all 5 Munster schools: Eads, Elliott, Frank H. Hammond, St. Paul's, and St. Thomas More.
Under the able leadership of Linda Dunn, twelve Rotarians helped execute the project. They unpacked, labeled, and then distributed the dictionaries to third graders in local schools. We thank Subir Bandyopadhyay, John Doherty, Chuck Kerr, Lee Millies, Ron Millies, Dave Nellins, Terry Quinn, Madhu Ranade, P.K. Rastogi, Adam Robertson, and Renee Thometz.
It gave us immense pleasure to see the sparkle of joy in students' eyes when they received the dictionaries. The attached photo gallery will give you a glimpse of the excitement felt by all involved.
